‘Fritz Nobis' is a modern climbing rose or a shrub with large, semi-double flowers, initially quartered, but when flowering it opens into a flat flower. They have a beautiful, light salmon pink colour that fades to pale pink. The petals are slightly wavy. The stamens provide a fresh touch in the heart of the flower. The clusters have 3 to 9 flowers. They have a strong, spicy smell. The leaf is medium green and forms a nice contrast with the colour of the flowers. A summer-flowering rose that adorns itself with orange rose hips in the autumn. The plant has an elegant habit with long overhanging branches, which can be used against a wall, an obelisk or pyramid, but also as a shrub in a hedge or as a solitary shrub.
