Forse struik met grote dichte trossen kleine dubbele witte bloemen die goed herbloeien tot de eerste vorst. De plant heeft een decoratief donkergroen-grijs blad. In de herfst verschijnen ook veel bottels.
This upright growing variety is very gracious, reaches 125-150 cm and produces ground shoots of about 100-125 cm which grow decoratively to form a complete whole. The small, double flowers are creamy white in bud and pure white when opening. They appear in round clusters which take up more than one third of the stem. Continuous-flowering. The foliage is dark greenish grey, with pointed, very compact leaves. Waterloo can be used as an isolated shrub but also in groups of 3-7, according to the space available; but also in borders, massifs or hedgerows the rose grows well. It's also useful in flower arrangements.
